Carillon is one of the best apartments in Germantown. It's centrally located so everything you need is walkable, and the Sounds stadium sits next to the complex, so you can sit on your balcony and listen to the games during the summer! After moving around Nashville over the last four years, the leasing staff here are by far the kindest people I've come across living here, and they're the most personable as well, so they're always willing to help.

Great place to live!! I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it. The Carillon has the best price point for being so close to Downtown. You won't regret choosing to live at the carillon and would recommend to anyone. Plus, the front office staff is amazing!

I've lived here for four years now and it's still the best place in Germantown. Carillon offers all the best amenities with by-far the greatest pool in the neighborhood. Situated right beside the Sounds baseball stadium and great walkability to downtown bars & restaurants. Front office are grade-A professionals. Thanks guys.
